Membership Criteria

Because each member of Dynamic Health is an owner, the following criteria has been established to ensure the quality of membership and long-term strength of the Company:

  • Over 75 enrolled employees
  • Self-Insured Retention between $25,000 to $500,000
  • Self-Insured companies preferred
